After you've completed a course, and your payment has been approved, you will be sent an email acknowledging receipt of your payment.  A Certificate of Completion will be mailed to you.

1. Complete and submit the on-line member application form ... you only need to do this one time

2. Select your desired training program by clicking on the View All Courses button, and then clicking on the link for the Course # you'd like to study

3. Begin and complete your training course ... at your convenience

4. Complete and submit the on-line course evaluation form ... a link located on the last slide of the course

5. Complete the payment process ... if you are paying by check (or P.O.), please click on the email link and just let us know how you would like to pay
