According to Alabama Department of Environmental
Management, ADEM will no longer pre-approve courses. It is the
responsibility of the certified operator to ensure that their coursework
conforms to ADEM Regulations 335-10-1-.10. Random audits will be
conducted to determine the eligibility of coursework submitted.
Our offer to all Alabama
Operators is to complete and submit to the state any course at no cost.
If the course does not receive state approval ... you have are apologies.
However, when the course is approved ... we'll provide you with a
Certificate of Completion, and register your CEHs with the state, at no cost
with our compliments. Once a course is approved, the special offer for that
course will no longer be available.
