EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
As an operator, trainer and O&M
consultant since 1972, Roy has developed several
O&M manuals, standard operational procedures and O&M
performance reports; conducted multiple operations and maintenance
training programs at several water and wastewater facilities;
provided plant troubleshooting assistance programs; provided
technical advisory services; developed, coordinated and
implemented several maintenance management systems;
coordinated and implemented several facility start‑up
assistance programs; and provided other specialized technical
services. As a certified wastewater operator in Florida, and
four other states, Roy has provided assistance and
coordination with the start‑up of more than 12 water and
wastewater treatment facilities, and has provided over 2,500
hours of training to over 3,000 operators in the states of
Florida, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Kentucky, New
Jersey, Louisiana, Arizona, Indiana, Georgia, Washington,
