QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

As an operator, trainer and O&M consultant since 1972, Roy has developed several O&M manuals, standard operational procedures and O&M performance reports; conducted multiple operations and maintenance training programs at several water and wastewater facilities; provided plant troubleshooting assistance programs; provided technical advisory services; developed, coordinated and implemented several maintenance management systems; coordinated and implemented several facility start‑up assistance programs; and provided other specialized technical services.
